Temperature Rising! (@canahtam)

While I can’t quite say for the United States in its entirety Boston, at the very least, has been experiencing ideal (though there have been days of excess in either heat or humidity) Summer weather. The sun is out, the breeze is cooling, and the coffee - ice cold! It’s the kind of weather where people would rather spend their waking moment at the beach with shaved ice and collapsing in bed, naked with the A/C on, after an exhausting day of showing off those “summer bods” we’ve all been working hard to get. Well, almost everyone. I do not have those rocking hard abs, that 5% body fat constitution, and overall lean physique, thus, I walk around fully clothed as oppose to being half-naked that so many seems to so willingly do.

In any case, the increasing rise in temperature and the amount of stress slowly piling on each other at work, I (consciously or otherwise) put this red hot outfit together to represent this hot, sweaty, muggy, and stressing moment in my life. With each passing day I was getting “redder” with frustration and if it weren't for this one Instagram moment my face would have been flushed red and steam coming out of my ears until my head explodes!

My good Instagram friends in Boston had decided to meet up at the Museum of Fine Arts and I thought, “why not? I’ve got nothing better to do after work,” so off I went to the MFA. As always with these meets, I had an amazing time jumping around, staying still, and blending in with the contemporary artworks in the Museum.

Here’s what I’m trying to get across: Don’t keep things bottled in and ignoring them until it’s too late. If you’re stressed out, do what unwinds you, be it yoga, hitting a punching bag, yelling into a pillow, cursing at the wind, or, even better, go out with some friends! Don’t get red in the face but slowly fade to normal.

Style: T-shirt by Zara, Ralph Lauren pants, Cole Haan ZeroGrand Chukka, H&M belt, and SEE eyewear sunglasses.

Live Life Deliciously,

Adam.
